the Google+ iOS app that already existed has now been updated with new version.
the new version (1.0.2.1966) has some improvements and new features:
Huddle settings.
Aggregated circle add notifications.
iPod touch & iPad support.
ability to view a spesific circle in the Stream.
add people to the Huddle chat by typing in the Stream "+the person's name" .start a huddle with someone directly from their profile.

after downloading the new version number (go to Homescreen, tap on gears icon) and ensure it is v1.0.2.1966.
This is great now I can check updates on my own Ipod. I hope they will add new feature like games other Google products such us maps and calendar.
